The Dougherty Cousins held a reunion on the 11th February 1995 at the Gimmerburn domain. The grounds resembled a camping ground with Tents, caravans some setting up their beds in the changing rooms and some sleeping under the stars.. A wonderful weekend it was, with some of the couzies putting on items in the evening going well into the night, some of us have never had such a laugh including their Grandfather lee (Leo) and Grandmother Ma or Narnie (Eileen) Dougherty. Their own children Leonie, Lawrence, Bernard, Des, Francie, Patrick and Karen being a popular item. Bevan and Paul opened the Night with a 'Strip Tease' Adam, Mark loaded the old cow on the truck to go to 'Hopefield' taking off a popular family old movie. Mike and Ben were a couple of 'Queers'!!. Larry was the cute girl that looked like a teenage me!!! Greg relieved Damian of his Hemorrhoids!!! A sing song with Leonie on the piano with Lee leading the singing.
On the Sunday a B.B.Q. lunch was held at 'Garrawaye Farm'.
